Set a time for your bedtime
As they say, “Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”
So it really starts by going to bed early. And the best time to go to bed is from 8 pm to midnight
It’s best to set a time for your bedtime.
After a few days of sleeping in the same time, you won’t start needing a clock or even see the time.
Your body will give you a signal just in time for your bed.
Your body will automatically look for the bed.
My eyes start shooting when the clock passes 10 pm. I enter the bed and by 10:30 I will be in my bed.
Sleeping early makes your next morning refreshing and energetic. You will be able to wake up without any difficulty to start your day the next morning.
Read a Book
Reading a good book before sleep is the best habit. Good motivational books and autobiographies of great personalities relax your mind.
Always keep your bedtime book near your bed so that you can easily reach it.

Practice meditation. Dim the light of your bedroom, sit comfortably and watch your in-breath and out-breath.
Thoughts are sure to come. Whenever any thoughts come, come back to your breath without any irritation and again watch your breath.

Offering gratitude is one of the best routines you can add if you are working on improving your life. Think of all the things you are grateful for during the day.

Listening to light music is like a lullaby.
Any soft music can make you feel a balm on your forehead, giving you the feeling of relaxation and peace. You can also listen to a good motivational podcast.

Clean the room, make the light dim, clean the bed sheet, and prepare your bed.

Take bedtime shower
Adding a bedtime shower routine will leave your body relaxed, giving you a good night’s sleep. A warm shower before going to bed is relaxing and refreshing.
Add mindfulness too while taking the bedtime shower.
Just feel that you are pouring with clean water to clean all the hurt, pain, and negativity of the day. Now you remain with all the good and positivity.
Write a to-do list for the next day
Writing a to-do list for the day is very helpful in creating and saving time. And it is the best idea to write it before a day.
Make a routine to write next-day to-do lists to start your day as soon as you wake up. You know what to do next, your important task for the day.
Your day will start and finish smoothly.
Visualization
If you are ready to sleep give some time visualising your dreams. Just before you fall asleep think of your dreams and desire.
Visualize it happening and how you will react after fulfilling your dreams. Feel happy and grateful.
