People are eager to manifest the life of their dreams. They want to manifest a home, a good relationship, more money in the bank and so many other things.
Yet many people are unaware of how manifestation works. They think that thinking alone and dreaming alone will help them manifest.
But I always say, “Thoughts don’t manifest. Our feelings- more specifically our positive feelings do.”
The more you are in the vibration of feeling good and positive, the better you attract.
You don’t attract what you think, you attract who you are.
So who or how are you right now?
Are you spending your days mindfully, intentionally and wonderfully, or just lying around, stressed, anxious and complaining?
To start manifesting, you will need to change your thoughts and way of being.
You need to be the best version of yourself, and then whatever you want to manifest will come around on its own and it won’t be hard at all.
So for the beginner who wants to start manifesting, I want to share these 10 Daily manifestation practices you can do every day.
1. Practice positive affirmations
Affirmations are powerful tools for manifesting because they change our beliefs and ideas about ourselves and the world into positive ones.
If we live without awareness, we humans are always affirming the negative- “This can’t happen”, “I can’t do this”, “Something bad always happens”
And so by the power of believing in those negative affirmations will our full heart, they become a self-fulfilling prophecy.
You need to purposefully change those into positive ones and include more of-
- “I can”
- “I will”
- “All is well”
- “It’s always working for me” into your vocabulary.
Here are some ways you can include positive affirmations and thoughts into your day
- In the morning as you wake up, listen to positive affirmations on your phone as you brush your teeth, drink your water or drink your tea, moisturize your face, dress to go to work, make breakfast, do makeup or any of your other little activities.
I had been listening to this, 101 Positive thoughts by Louis Hay every day for 10 minutes or so as I did the same.
- Sit down in silence to listen attentively to some positive affirmations and let it sink in properly
- Write down positive affirmations to end your journal entry.
- Speak positive affirmations to yourself as you look in the mirror.
- Stick a positive affirmation on your wall and read it every day.
I have recently bought a small hanging chalkboard, and I write down one positive affirmation every day. The affirmation for the day today is, “Everything is possible because I am alive”
- Sing good positive songs that you can find. I love ‘I Am Woman’
Positive affirmations slowly help to change our subconscious mind leading to natural changes in our thought patterns, values and beliefs for the better.
2. Send out gratitude
Meditate, relax and calm yourself.
Focus on your breath for 10-15 minutes every day and let things settle inside you.
Then send out your gratitude- for your life, for your days, for being alive, for getting to do what you get to do, for your loved ones and for every little thing you can think of.
Fill your heart with joy and gratitude and let it elevate you into a space of loving joy.
Be grateful not just when you sit on your mat to meditate, but be grateful as much as you can throughout your day.
Look for thoughtfulness. Look for opportunities to do kind acts, or witness kind acts and be grateful.
Say thank you often in your day and genuinely give thanks rather than just saying it out of habit unmindfully.
Write down your gratitude list every day. Best when you write it at night before going to bed.
You can make it a self-reflection nightly ritual to reflect on how your day went and write down the best thing that happened in the day and give thanks for it.
Also, think of everyone you met in the day and bless each one of them. Send them good energy before going to sleep.
The more you send out gratitude, the more you tap into your best frequency.
3. Visualization
Visualisation is another powerful manifestation practice that you can do everyday.
As you sit down to meditate and after being done with your mindful breathing, you can sit down to visualise being your highest self.
Visualise being in the moment of abundance.
Visualise yourself already having what you desire, not with a feeling of longing but with a feeling of joy and gratitude that you are surely going to have it.
Believe that if you can see it in your mind, you can surely have it in your hands.
Everything that was made possible first had its origin in the mind.

4. Practice Mindful moments
Manifestation doesn’t just end with gratitude, journaling, mediation and visualisation.
You need to include more mindful moments in your day.
To start manifesting you need to be more aware of how your days are going and how you are being.
Awareness helps us remain in the frequency of intention and manifestation.
The more aware we are the better.
For this, we must practice mindful moments in our days.
You can start by picking out one or two activities every day to be more mindful.
For example, if you are always cooking in an unaware state of mind, thinking about the past or future as you cook, you are not mindful.
Strive to be as mindful as you do each activity in the kitchen while you cook, from washing the vegetables, cutting it, cooking it or preparing it.
Instead of watching something, you can listen to soothing music and simply focus on your breath even as you cook.
To be mindful is to be aware of our breath, aware of what our body is doing and come back to the present moment not wandering to the past or the future.
In the same way, you can strive to drink your tea mindfully and turn it into a little ceremony as the Zens do.

5. Live intentional days
Live your days intentionally.
When you wake up in the morning, start your day without rushing.
But be at ease. Walk around the house with calm and peace as you do your morning activities.
If you’re always rushing, you won’t have the time and space to be intentional about your days.
And your time here on Earth requires you to go slow and be intentional if you are to be happy, be at peace and become a powerful manifester in life.
Pay attention to how you are spending your time.
It’s also not about only giving time for meditation, journaling, prayer or visualization, but simply about spending your days in a way that satisfies you, eases you and gives you peace doing whatever it is that gives you that.
Pay attention to how you feel after doing something.
Strive to do whole tasks. Complete it fully. Pause and then move on to the next, instead of always rushing, being worried and leaving things halfway.
This requires courage and determination. But it’s not impossible.
The more you bring intention to your days and your time, the more you are in the frequency of manifesting and receiving good fortune upon good fortune.
6. Positive self-talk
You can’t hope to build yourself and build your life if you’re always beating yourself up.
So often we are our own bullies.
We speak negatively about ourselves and negatively to ourselves, being unforgiving, unkind and speaking harshly to ourselves.
But how can we build the life of our dreams, if the one who can build it is always criticised by you?
You need to start treating yourself kindly and be very mindful about what you are saying to yourself.
Embrace positive self-talk and always be gentle and kind to yourself.
You deserve your love and affection more than anything in your life.
Also, be mindful of what kind of things you are speaking to others.
Give up all forms of complaints and negative talking both to yourself and when you are around others.
Take responsibility for your life and be invested totally in building yourself up, not beating yourself up.
7. Dance and Sing
Manifestation isn’t just simply about stuff like meditating, going on retreats, journaling, visualisation and things like that, but it is mainly about doing anything that makes your heart sing and dance or puts you on a high frequency and vibration.
Anything that makes you have good feelings makes you more mindful and aware, and sets you to vibrate higher is good for manifesting.
Dancing and singing I feel are wonderful manifestation practices as well, because they make us feel so good.
It doesn’t matter if you’re not good at it. If you’re enjoying it and it is uplifting your energy, that’s all that matters.
Give time and space in your day to sing and dance.
Dance as you dress up. Dance as you come out from the shower.
Get yourself a Bluetooth speaker if you don’t already and turn on the music.
You can also do dance workouts or simply move your body.
Moving our bodies makes us feel so good.
Once you are feeling good energy, then go on and visualize and think about all the blessings you have and are going to have for sure in your life.
Feel good and believe that it’s already on the way. And dance some more.
8. Give your best
Manifestation doesn’t just happen by visualising and journaling and setting intentional days. You have to work for it.
You have to give your best and strive to fulfil your highest potential.
Give your best in whatever you do and let the Universe take care of the rest.
Your job is mostly to do the work, and do it to the best of your ability and believe that it will work.
Leave the how up to the Universe. Just give your best.
9. Act as if
Start acting as if the thing that you so desire is already achieved.
How would you feel? How would you talk to yourself? How would you behave?
Start acting as if you’re already living your best life and acting as if you know all the good fortune is coming your way.
Act as if there is a big check to arrive because if you have done the work and you are living your best days, it is as if the Universe has sent you a check and it’s on its way to you.
Believe in that. Believe in all the possibilities of your life.
Dare to dream and act as if your dreams have come true and is going to come true.
Yes, Fake it till you make it.
This is not fooling the Universe. This is trusting the Universe.
10. Trust and let go
Lastly, trust and let go.
Don’t be always consumed by your desires and your longing all day.
Have patience, in yourself and in the timing of the Universe.
Trust that whatever you need to know or whatever you need in your life will be fulfilled by the Universe at its own right time.
Impatience is another form of doubt. If you are impatient, you delay your own progress.
Just continue to do your thing every day and allow the Universe to work its magic when it will.
Let go of the outcome and simply give your best in the process.
Let go and let God.
