Now I wonder how I did all those things all alone.

Your day depends upon your morning.
If your morning is meaningful and blessed your day will automatically become beautiful and blissful.

Use this hour only for you. Use this time to meditate, pray, exercise, write a journal, read books, read affirmations instead of scrolling over your phone and spending a good hour just on the phone.
Give importance to your well-being by eating healthily, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep.
Taking care of yourself makes it easier to tackle household tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
You are the central force of your family. Your energy is what is passed on to all others in your family. Decide to be the shining sun of your family.
You have to love and take care of yourself for the sake of your kids and your loved ones.

Take help from your kids.
Kids will feel happy to do household things. They can help you with small and easy household things.
Spend time with your kids. Have family time. Enjoy and relax with them.
While kids are playing make a weekly plan for breakfast, tiffin, and meals, and shop accordingly.
Plan for the week and prepare it during the weekend.
If you do this, then during the weekdays you do not have to spend extra time thinking about what are you going to make for the meals and tiffin for the kids.
This will help you ease your work.

6. Create a routine for your toddler
It’s tougher to do household chores with toddlers. They need attention all the time. They will be home all day with you.
But by making your toddler’s routine for meals, and sleep time you can make your tasks easy and comfortable.
Your toddler is the best stress remover. They bring all joy and happiness into our lives and we could do anything for their smile.
By making a routine for your toddler too, you will know exactly what time they will be doing what.
Then accordingly, you can do your household chores without any disturbance.

7. Do your tasks wisely
Being a stay-at-home mom and doing the same work every day is frustrating and monotonous, but it’s all in our hands to make it joyful and relaxing.
If you allocate specific times for different tasks throughout the week, then it will ease your burden.
Identify the important tasks and tackle them first. This habit helps reduce procrastination and ensures that essential household chores get done first.
It’s always overwhelming to do any big task at home and avoiding them makes it pile up even further.
Large tasks can seem daunting, so break them down into smaller, more manageable steps.
For example, If cleaning a room you do not have to clean the whole room in one go. Take it easy and start with just one corner.
Just starting with one corner and making it clean is better than not doing anything and letting it pile up.
It’s your home so you know best which needs quick attention and work accordingly.
8. Seek Help
If you live with others, divide household tasks among family members. Sharing the workload lightens the burden for everyone.
Sharing work will also build relationships stronger.
There’s no harm in asking for help.
You are not a machine to do everything by yourself all alone and others to be just the audience. It’s their home too, so don’t feel awkward to ask help.
If other family members are no help then there are always electronic gadgets which can make our tasks easy.
Using electronic gadgets like washing machines, microwaves, and vacuum cleaners reduces the timing of household work and makes our work easy.
Don’t hesitate to buy the important stuff that can make your life easier and that can save you time.
9. Stay Organized
Keep your home organized to minimize clutter and make it easier to find things when you need them.
Keep the things back in their place after using them.
Keep the things that you have to use every day together and organized.
Use storage solutions like baskets, shelves, and labels. Keep all of your kid’s socks, and undergarments in one place.
Keeping them in their basket straight after the washing and drying is very helpful.
10. Multitask Wisely
Look for opportunities to combine household tasks- such as listening to audiobooks or podcasts while cleaning or exercising while watching TV.
While cooking I wash my dishes.
While one dish gets cooked, I prepare another dish by cutting vegetables. While my vegetables are on the gas stove, I cook my rice in the electronic rice cooker.
I prepare my lunch while making breakfast. I became a pro stay-at-home mom with time.
11. Take A Break
Overworking yourself can lead to burnout and decreased productivity. You become frustrated and nagging which is very unhealthy for the family and kid.
Don’t forget to take breaks to rest.
Taking rest recharges our battery and we can easily do the task at hand with much more love and energy when we are better rested.
If we’re not, we’ll do the same thing in a complaining attitude and spoil the energy of the house.
So it’s important to take rest and breaks for your well-being and for your family’s well-being.
12. Give time to your spouse
Lastly, don’t overlook your relationship with your spouse because you are tired of being busy all day doing your household chores along with your kid.
He too may be tired working all day outside. You were with your family, but he was with his coworkers, his boss, and his clients.
Family is all about understanding.
If you are understanding, you are also loving.
Children love to see their parents loving each other.
They get frightened if their parents are arguing and fighting.
Try to make your husband’s life easier too by being understanding. Doing this, your life too will become easier and calmer and you will get to enjoy your family life much better.
