Life isn’t always smooth, but regardless of how life is, we can still keep our life state high if we know how to raise our vibration.
There may be many things that will try to bring us down from time to time, but knowing how to raise our vibration will help us stay centred and not get pulled in all directions in life.
So the question is, how to raise your vibration?
In this post, I am going to write about how to raise your vibration faster and more effectively.
I am going to share simple tips which I follow in my day-to-day life to keep myself in high spirits.

Whenever you feel low on energy or any negativity strikes you instantly apply anyone from here followed by others.
Following these tips will keep you in high vibration always and you can enjoy life fullest with all the forms of abundance.
1. Always think positive
“What you think you become” Lord Buddha.
Being positive raises our vibration, whereas if we are always complaining, worrying and obsessing over the little things, then our energy becomes low and we drain not only ourselves but also the energy of other people around us.
If you want to think positively, stop thinking angry thoughts.
Instead, just be grateful, or even neutral. Neutral thoughts are pleasant and good too, if you look at it with a smile.
You cannot be positive and angry at the same time.
Your thoughts make your life. And thoughts are not predestined. It CAN be changed.
So it is entirely up to you to change it or continue the pattern of thinking negatively.
In the morning when you wake up tell yourself, “Today I won’t be angry. Today I won’t think badly about others or any situation and even myself”
Thinking positively starts with a determination.
Whereas if you negatively of your situation, you are already giving up and losing your life’s battle and your life state will always be low.
See yourself as being above the situation as if you are standing above the mountain and all the problems are below and you’re looking at them with a bird’s eye view.
Rise above your situation.
I am a widow and my daughter works far from home. I live alone, but I am not lonely.
I am aware that this is my opportunity to do something in life.
I do not waste my time thinking negative thoughts about why I am alone.
Rather, I make the best use of my alone time by reading, journaling, gardening and even starting this blog with the intention to help women like me.
There is always a positive side to everything. Find that and raise your vibration.
2. Meditate
Meditation is a tool to connect you with your inner self.
It is the best medium to feel and raise your vibration. Meditating for 10 minutes in the morning will help you become at peace and focus. You will carry the same vibration for your day.
Relax your body and sit in a comfortable pose, close your eyes and observe your breath.
It seems easy, but it is the toughest job to observe your breath.
But with time and regular practice, you will start observing your breath from 5 times in 10 minutes to 20 times in 10 minutes.
Whenever you see that your mind has gone somewhere- (which is always towards the past or future) bring it back to the present and start observing your breath again.

3. Read And Repeat Affirmations
The repetition of affirmation will help you focus and work on your dreams. It will keep your vibration high all day.
Some of the affirmations I read which I have noted down from different books and I have kept them on the table which I read every morning and now I have become fluent at it.
You can write it down and do the same. These affirmations changed my life completely. These are as follows…….
“I succeed by attracting myself to the forces I wish to use and the cooperation of other people. I will induce others to serve me because of my willingness to serve others.”
“I will install compassion, kindness, trust, and selfless character by developing a love for all humanity because I know that a positive attitude towards others can bring me success. I will cause others to believe in me because I believe in them and myself.”
“ I am one with the infinite riches of my heart.”
“I choose happiness today. I choose success today. I choose right action today. I choose to love and goodwill today. I choose peace today. I choose good health today.”
“I like money. I use it wisely, constructively and judiciously. I release it with joy and it returns a thousandfold.”
“Waking up this morning, I smile. Twenty-four brand new hours are before me. I vow to live fully in each moment and I look at all beings with eyes of compassion.”
“I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, Happy and wise.”
4. De-Clutter
De-clutter every unwanted thing at home and office at intervals of time.
The things which we are not using for 6 months, we are not going to use any more.
Sort out every clutter from the office and the house.
Create space for new things in your home and office.
This will eventually bring lots of good things into your life.
If our house and office are in a mess having no space for the room to even breathe, good things will also remain blocked from coming into our lives. Create space for new things time and again.
When I declutter, I feel light and peaceful.
Keeping them unused is better than giving them to someone who can use them. There are so many things we do not need but somebody is dying to have them.
5. Walk in nature
Whenever you get time to walk in nature do it.
Do not miss the opportunity. Nature is the best teacher. We need to learn so much from it.
While walking look around, feel blessed and offer gratitude to Mother Nature.
Our Mother Earth needs so much healing and peace.
There is horror and tension everywhere. So much pain has already been given to her.
With our walk with nature give kindness and peace as you walk.
Keep praising her beauty and wonders.
While healing the earth you will heal yourself in the process. Walking in nature will automatically raise your vibration as nature has the highest vibration and it gets transferred to you.
6. Act like a kid
It is so wonderful to be like a kid, carefree, stress-free, always believing in the magic of the world, so innocent and so beautiful in heart.
We were also a kid, but as we grew older all the rules and regulations of the home front, school front, and work front changed us completely.
A way to raise your vibration is to act like a kid. Be joyful. Don’t give up on Play in life.
Play with kids without any fear and shame. Let us be stress-free like our kids. Let us create some magic along with them.
7. Laugh
“Laughter is the best medicine.”
Laugh as much as you can and as loud as you can. It is good for everything.
It will drive your tension away. It helps reduce your age lines, it is good for your heart and lungs. Most importantly, it will make you look more beautiful.
My siblings are a good source of my laughter. Just in one call, we laugh so much.
They always help me to raise my vibration by giving me a dose of laughter everytime.
A happy face is always beautiful. So if do not have any reason to laugh, watch comedy series or movies. Join laughter class and never go a day without laughing.
8. Listen To Music
“ Music is the universal language “
There is music for every situation. Unaware of the facts of the law of nature, people usually listen to sad songs when they are depressed and become more sad and sentimental.
By now you have understood the law of nature, next time when you feel depressed listen to happy songs and dance to the music.
It sounds crazy, but this is the best thing to do to raise your vibration.
When I and my daughter were in a tough time and in the process of self-development, we did not want to be in low life condition.
We had absolute faith in the universe that good days are manifesting. We used to listen to one of the Bollywood song “ apna time Ayegha” (our time will come).
That song motivated us so much. Even in our hardest of times, we remain motivated and positive with music.
9. Exercise
When you are in the process of raising your vibration you must add exercise to your daily activity. Without good health everything in this world is meaningless.
You cannot enjoy anything in life if your health is poor. Moving and stretching your body in the morning at least for 10 minutes will help you maintain your health.
Just 10 minutes of exercise will change and uplift your mood and help you to raise your vibration.
You will feel lighter and happier after exercise.
10. Write Journal
The habit of writing in a journal helps you to raise your vibration. We pour our feelings and thoughts into the journal.
While writing we subtract our sorrow and multiply joy.
While writing about sad and negative things, we minus (-) our sorrow and while writing about positive and happy things we add (+) happiness, and happiness always raises our vibration.
Writing in a journal is like talking to your best friend where you can share everything and make your heart free from any tension.
The habit of writing in a journal is also like sharing your feelings with the universe.
The best habit I have cultivated in these 6 years is Journaling. This habit of writing a journal in the morning has helped me write this blog.
I would not have started this blog if I had not formed this habit of writing a journal.

11. Read Motivational Books
Reading is the best habit to raise your vibration. Any good book will lift your soul high. A book gives you encouragement and motivation.
I love reading biographies of great people. They teach us that each one of us has our unique potential and it is entirely in our hands to change our destiny.
Book is my best friend. It is my constant companion. Reading habits have changed my life completely.
My morning reads keeps me in high spirits and raises my vibration for the whole day.
My evening reading gives me the chance to see many colours of life through different characters in books.
For me, books are living things always in motion.

12. Visualize your dreams
Visualization is the most effective way to transform any of your dreams into reality faster.
For example, if you are planning to construct a house, visualize every detail, of your dream house, its colour, balcony, garden, living room, and bedrooms if possible find the best photos from the internet take out the printout, and stick on a vision board.
While visualizing, your thoughts will be very powerful and your vibration rises and the universe will transform your dreams into reality faster.
13. Appreciate beauty
Having an appreciation for everything nature offers is the highest good deed and it raises our vibration.
Be grateful for everything around you. We are incomplete without our environment. If you ignore the beauty in front of you then you are ignoring the greatest good nature offers us.
Appreciate the different plants, they are all unique in themselves, look around there is beauty everywhere, animals, plants, birds, insects, and flowers, pause to feel them and fill your heart with love and appreciation for them.
Appreciating something with your heart will raise your life state and you will be rewarded with nature and all the beauty in your life.
Whatever action you take, you will receive the same.
14. Change Focus
If you are feeling low and in a situation or environment where you feel frustrated and depressed, change your focus. Divert your mind and thoughts where you can feel better.
Sometimes we can not change the situation but we can change our focus. Come out from that environment instantly.
When I am in this kind of situation, I go out for a walk in nature, watch a comedy movie, go to a restaurant, talk to my siblings, and talk to my daughter. I try my best not to be carried away by the situation.
15. Be Kind To Others
Be kind to every living being. We are born to share happiness and kindness. We are all interconnected with each other and come from the same universe.
A kind and compassionate heart is the highest positive quality you have. Use your kindness and you will not lose anything but gain more blessings in your life.
Your kind words, kind actions, and beautiful smile are all you can give to others.
It need not only be to another human being, but to all the animals around, plants and flowers after all they all are created by the universe.
