Once I was in the second category of people. I used to be frustrated, always in financial crisis, and sad.
I was full of complaints and lonely.
When things are not in our favor we always blame our luck and our fate.
I am thankful that I changed my thoughts and applied certain helpful routines in my daily life and gradually my life changed.
I am a happy woman and a proud mother now with the abundance of everything and more importantly, I am satisfied with whatever life is offering to me.

1. Evening Walk
Success is not only defined by material success, but also mental peace and lightness.
Start your evening with your evening walk. A brisk walk not only helps you to reconnect with yourself, but it helps you maintain your sugar and blood pressure.
After a tiring day at your workplace, an evening walk helps you calm your body and mind.
Enjoy the walk despite the noise and the crowd. Offers gratitude for the life within you and outside you.
There is no need to get irritated with the noises around, but you can acknowledge all the sounds being aware that you are alive which is why you are hearing the noise around.
2. Read Books
The successful person’s best companion for the evening is his/her books.
Books are a source of motivation. A successful person finds joy and peace with each book they read.

To be successful, never forget to offer prayers in the evening.

I have this habit of cleaning my house before retiring to bed every evening.
I feel that all the mess and dirt I created during the day knowingly or unknowingly is all gone.
It gives me joy and a peaceful feeling. It is a healthy habit to sleep in a clean environment too.
5. Meditation
A successful woman makes time to meditate in the evening, even if it is for 5-10 minutes. A silent moment with herself keeps her in touch with her true self and keeps her stress-free.
During your day-to-day life, there are so many decisions you need to make for your life. A mindful meditation helps you to make more wise decisions.
6. Eat mindfully and moderately
A successful woman balances everything. She never overeats at night.
This keeps her in perfect health. For that, she eats less at night and eats mindfully.
7. Prepare for the next day
A successful woman always takes out time in the evening to plan for the next day. She writes down her main important task for the next day.
Then she selects the dress and shoes and makes them ready to wear for her work the next day.
8. Express gratitude
I have experienced that the more you are thankful more you will get opportunities to be thankful.

Keeps her phone in aeroplane mode before going to bed.
It is a good habit to keep your phone in aeroplane mode at night to avoid excess harmful radioactive rays from the phone.

A successful woman knows that her success in life is for her family, and so gives her time to her family.
She shares everything with her family and listens to her children and partner with all her presence.
