There are many ways to manifest the life you want. And one of the most powerful ways is by starting a manifestation journal.
If you have goals and dreams, but for some reason they’re not manifesting, then you must use a manifestation journal to help aid you and attract what you really want.
Put your intentions out there in a manifestation journal. It works for me every time, and it will work for everyone if done rightly.

So today, this post will teach you how to start a manifestation journal and get the law of attraction work for you!
But, before that, if you’re a complete newbie to all things manifesting, I want to tell you what a manifestation journal is.
What is a manifestation journal?
A manifestation journal is simply any kind of journal, but that which is dedicated towards noting down your deepest desires, ideas, goals, intentions, feelings, beliefs, and also about the things you’re grateful for.
A manifestation journal is simply your vision in written words that are written by you with feelings of them coming true.
How does journaling help to manifest?
Most of us who come to know about the ‘Law of Attraction’ think that just thinking about what you really want in your life will do.
But that is not how it works. You need to put your good energy into the thought process and make your intentions stronger.
And here is where a manifestation journal comes to be extremely helpful.
Here is how journaling helps me manifest:
- Just the very act of journaling clears my mind of all the clutter that is there and organizes my thoughts. This helps me gain clarity on my goals and dreams.
- Writing in my manifestation journal helps me better visualise my goals and dreams. It is like a vision board but in a written form.
- When I start journaling, it puts me in a high life state and as I start writing in detail, I start to visualise better and start writing pouring in all my feelings and good energy of them all coming true.
- I start to feel excited and happy knowing they will all be true.
- This I feel is most powerful because feelings help us in attracting our desires to 10x. And journaling helps you in getting to that state of feeling and belief.
How to start a manifestation journal
1. Get a journal/diary
The first step is to get a journal or diary. Any kind will do. You just need to use this diary or journal, specifically to manifest.
2. Write what you want to manifest
Next on the first page of your journal write what you want to manifest as, ‘Things I want to manifest’.
You can write this in many different ways as,
‘In 5 years I will……………….’
‘In one year I will…………….’
‘Things I am going to manifest within 5 years’
‘Things I am going to manifest in 1 year’
As you write them down, imagine them all coming true and believe that they will come true and let it make you feel excited, like there are so many things to look forward to!! There certainly is.
3. Elaborate on your vision
Next, elaborate on your vision. How will you be leading a life in 5 years or in one year? What positive changes will your vision bring into your life and in other people’s lives?
Remember, that your vision must also benefit others in some way.
Write about your vision coming true and write about how you see yourself in it.
Is your vision to grow your business and make it into a top company? Then write about how you see it happening.
Elaborate on your vision by setting a timeline and also by writing down how you plan on achieving it. What are the steps you need to take for it now?
What do you need to focus on in the present moment? Elaborate it all.
4. Fill your journal with inspiration
Fill your manifestation journal with inspiration. I love writing down quotes that resonate with me and uplift me.
You can also paste pictures and quotes in your journal.
Write down any inspiring thoughts that come into your mind.
Simply, fill your manifestation journal with inspiration. Once you open your journal, let this journal make it easy for you to visualize, dream, believe and look forward to the life of your dreams.
5. Jot down your feelings
Note down your feelings in your journal, particularly when you’re in a happy state or peaceful state.
But don’t always wait for those good feelings to come. Often when you simply write about your feelings, you start feeling good. Clarity comes in and you feel like writing more.
Thoughts just keep on flowing and put you in a state of ease. Writing puts you in this state easily, and when you feel this state, write about positive things and things you’re grateful for.
This puts in the the right frequency for attracting the good things!
6. Note your learnings along
Note down your learning along the way. What have you learned? How do you want to grow?
Write down your lessons, your thoughts, and your perspectives and let them teach you something.
The more you grow and the more you are aligned with your true self, the more you have the power to manifest.
Have the seeking spirit to learn.
