In this post, I share 22 daily habits for success. These are some daily habits all successful people follow. These habits are not exclusive to only a few people, all of us can apply them and get a taste of success.
You are born as a human being which means you are capable of living a perfect life. Only human beings can do this. No other animal on this planet can change its life.
I am 50 years old now. It’s only been 6 years since I have been serious with my life and with how I live my day-to-day life which has changed my life completely and become blissful.
Here I am sharing 22 habits that will change your life, but you don’t need to apply it all. Try at least applying 5 daily with perfect mindfulness and gradually increase them.
Be strict with these 5 habits for one week.

1. Be An Early Riser
Start getting up early. When you get up early, you have more time in hand to do more productive things for yourself.
We start living for others as soon as we get up. Get up a little early just for yourself, give time to yourself then start your day for your family.

2. Read Book
Make it a habit of reading good books. Reading a book will bring positive change in your life. If you are just a beginner I suggest you read motivational books so that you can be motivated to cultivate good habits.
All the great people of the world have reading habits. In the beginning, I read these motivational books. You can choose from them. These books helped me in shaping my habits.

3. Listen to Podcast
Be intentional with what kind of content you are consuming. Consume good content that’s good to watch, good to read, and good to listen to.
A podcast is an easy way to consume good content because you can listen to it as you walk, as you commute to work, as you cook or even as you take a bath.
So use the wonderful opportunities you can get to listen to good podcasts. I am currently listening to ‘The way out is in’ and it has become such a wonderful influence in my life.

4. Exercise
Without good health, we won’t be able to do anything. All of our lives stand in good health.
Move and stretch your body in the morning for a healthy body. Start with 5 minutes of daily stretching and start with zero expectations. Don’t expect perfection, but strive for progress.
5. Meditation
Exercise is for the body, and meditation is for the mind. For a happy life both our body and mind should be healthy and at peace.
Sit at least for ten minutes for meditation. If you don’t know how to meditate sit quietly and observe your breath. This will calm your mind.
6. Pray
Make the habit of praying. Offering prayers with sincere heart and faith will be answered without fail.
Pray when you are feeling down by asking for strength and wisdom. Pray when you are happy and offer gratitude for everything.
7. Clear your Debt
Living with debt will block the good things in your life.
If you owe something, you must get into the habit of getting rid of it as soon as possible. Make a habit of clearing your dues on time.
This will help to flow positive energy into your life and not create any blocks in your financial life.
8. Keep 10% For Yourself
Keep 10 % of your earnings just for you. This 10% is for you, which will give birth to its children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

10. Eat your meals on time
Stop the habit of skipping your meals or eating late. Eat your meals on time and without being in a hurry.
The food you are eating gives you energy and helps you to lead a healthy life. Food is what helps you give the energy to do all the other things for a better life, so honour your food and eat mindfully.
11. No social media in the morning
Do not open your phone as soon as you get up in the morning. You have a whole day to look at it.
Do not feed your mind with all the unnecessary news and notifications. If it’s really urgent then they will call you and give you any important news.
Once you open your phone then without any knowledge, you lose your focus and an important part of the day will be wasted which you could better spend on self-care and personal growth.
12. Write A Journal
Add a habit of writing a journal. It is so important to express your feelings time and again, otherwise, all your feelings will accumulate and you will be stressed. Start writing in a journal and express everything in it. You will feel relaxed and happy.
13. Go For A Walk
Build this habit of going for a walk every day.
Walking is the best exercise, walking moves your body and helps in the circulation of blood. It helps to avoid many diseases.
It is not necessarily whether you go for a morning or evening walk. The point here is a walk to move your body.
14. Do Not Complain
Stop the habit of complaining about each and everything. Always remember that complaining brings more events to complain about into your life.
Give your best whatever you are doing. Do not expect anything. When you expect, you complain. Stop saying, ‘If this would’ve happened, if only that would happen’, and live in the present.
Don’t bother about the past or the future. Accept the present and it will erase away complaints in an instant.
15. Keep your house neat and clean
To stay in a clean and neat house will give you a neat and clear perspective of life. Your mind will be clear and ready to accept any good things life offers. You will be open to your life and good things will happen.
16. Grow some plants
Planting plants helps us to offer our gratitude to our universe.
We have been consuming its sources from the time of our birth it is time to return to it now. We can do this by planting some plants, trees and flowers around.
17. Be Close To Nature
Spend your time with nature. Nature is the best teacher, learn from it.
Perhaps they can teach you not to hurry and learn to be patient.
The plants never hurry to grow, but they give flowers and fruits at the right time. The sun never fails to rise. The river never takes a rest. The mountain stands tall in all circumstances.
18. Be mindful While Shopping
Learn to be mindful about what you are buying this year. Is it really necessary for you right now? Buy only the thing which is important to you right now.
19. Spend Time With Your Family
The world is changing fast and we are really busy. In such a business, it is a radical act to just stop and enjoy simple moments with our loved ones.
Take some time to be with your family. A meal a day can add fragrance to building a strong relationship. After all, whatever we are doing is for our family, so why not give some part of our day to only them?
20. Travel At Least Once A Year
Go for a vacation at least once a year to recharge your life’s energy. Vacation will heal you from all kinds of stress and anxiety. Make travelling your habit to boost your energy.
21. Count Your Blessings And Be Thankful
The best habit to form this year is to count your blessings. Stop complaining and instead start counting blessings. There are so many things around that you are blessed with. Be thankful for them.

22. Offer Help
Successful people are those who have the heart to help.
Do not miss offering help to somebody in need. Offer help in your capacity.
It’s not just money you can give. You have so much to give- your precious time, your beautiful smile, a word or a sentence. It is not always the financial need people long for but all our heart with compassion.
